Your information

Accounts, orders, notifications and saved addresses are stored on the server. Your bag and wishlist use local browser storage. Private refund destinations are accessible only to the order owner and authorised admins.

Payments

UPI QR payments are manually checked against bank records. A submitted UTR is awaiting verification, never proof of the amount paid. Orders cannot proceed while underpaid. Notifications appear in your account; no paid messaging service is connected.

Privacy requests

Contact customer care for corrections or deletion requests. Never share login passwords.
